Kyros exists to give businesses a serious place to manage payment-file operations: named users, documented batch intake, and a ledger that only moves when an external processor confirms a result.

We are not presenting ourselves as a chartered bank, a licensed money transmitter, or a network participant with live origination. Those statuses, if they ever apply, will be stated only with evidence.
